Delivering on Time, on Budget, and to Specification
Net Zero Enterprises secures projects that are on time, on budget, and on target through a proprietary FEL process. This is achieved by conducting a thorough pre-development phase, which subsequently enables a seamless and successful project launch.
NET ZERO ENTERPRISE'S PRE-PLANNING PROCESS GETS TO MARKET QUICKER THAN TRADITIONAL FRONT END LOADING (FEL)
Front End Loading (FEL) is a process typically practiced to help securitize the outcome of large projects. Historically, and in the present, FEL is utilized within the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and maritime industries. The rationale behind FEL is to properly account, predict, and streamline budgets, timelines, activities, and production outputs of large scale projects. It is proven that changes to a project early in its lifecycle associates less risk and is less costly than attempting to make the same changes at a later date. FEL enables asset developers to appropriately model out the future challenges a project may have, and to properly change the future course of action and direction of the project.
It's common for many companies to end up solving their project related issues concerning budget, revenues, timelines, etc. during project execution and/or after operations have launched. This type of behavior results in increased risk, uncertain results, delayed time schedules and over-budget projects. Net Zero Enterprises has over 30 years of experience, and specializes in FEL, project pre-planning and execution. Over the years, we have further developed, the traditional FEL, into their own proprietary process.
The Net Zero FEL Process:
» Mitigates and significantly lowers project risks
» Maximizes enterprise value and EBITDA
» Gets to market quicker than traditional FEL and capital intensive project developments
