With a background of 18 years in corporate finance, commercial real estate investment, and land development, Anders started his career within the pricing and revenue management sectors of Ericsson Communications Inc. While at Ericsson, Anders led the pricing and profitability portion of infrastructure bids (ranging from $100 million to $2 billion in revenue.) He then became a partner at a Swedish Management Consultancy with the responsibility of finance, price, and revenue consultation. It was here that he improved the profitability and bottom line for client companies in distress or with profitability challenges. In the 22 companies Anders worked with, he had an average EBITDA improvement of 17%.
He later branched into commercial real estate, where he lead several turnaround multi-family asset projects (20 through 200 units) in the U.S market as a consultant, principal, and owner. In recent years, as a cofounder of Net Zero Living Systems, he has devoted his time to land development and building commercial real estate buildings with "net zero" energy consumption utility charges. The Net Zero concept applied to commercial real estate generates returns that are 20-25% higher in buildings of the same square footage as traditional commercial structures.
